I used to believe that success would bring happiness. But I was completely wrong.
As the eldest daughter in a traditional Indonesian family, I grew up carrying the weight of expectations. I had to be strong, responsible, and always make others proud. I believed that love and acceptance were conditional—I had to be smart, successful, and perfect to be worthy.
So, I worked relentlessly, chasing academic achievements, scholarships, and career success, hoping they would fill the emptiness inside me. I thought that if I kept climbing the ladder of success, the feeling of "not being enough" would eventually disappear.
But the higher I climbed, the emptier I felt. I was never satisfied with myself. I feared failure because, without my achievements, who was I? I kept proving my worth to others but never felt truly fulfilled.
I know I’m not alone in this. So many successful career women in Indonesia feel the same way. They feel exhausted from being people pleasers, overthinking every decision, fearing rejection, and constantly seeking happiness outside themselves.
From Feeling Stuck to Breaking Free
In my twenties, I moved to Japan, thinking it would be a fresh start. From the outside, my life looked perfect—I was independent, working abroad, and achieving my goals.
But inside, the same self-sabotaging patterns kept repeating:
I felt stuck, even after trying therapy, self-help books, and personal development programs. It felt like there was an invisible wall stopping me from fully embracing happiness.
Until I discovered Inner Child Healing & the Law of Attraction.
That’s when everything changed.
The Turning Point: Inner Child Healing & Manifestation
I realized that childhood trauma isn’t always about extreme pain or abuse. Sometimes, it’s the little things we accepted as "normal"— 🔹 Always having to be the "good child." 🔹 Feeling responsible for others’ emotions. 🔹 Being afraid of failure because love was conditional.
I started learning and practicing: ✨ Inner Child Healing to heal my wounds and rebuild my self-worth. ✨ The Law of Attraction to shift my energy and manifest what I truly desired. ✨ Mindfulness & Self-Compassion to break free from self-sabotage and find peace.
Healing wasn’t easy. There were days I fell back into old patterns. There were moments of doubt. But every time I stumbled, I reminded myself:
💛 I am not my trauma. 💛 I have the power to change. 💛 I am worthy of happiness.
And slowly, I started seeing a transformation: ✅ I no longer worked out of fear of failure—I worked because I loved what I did. ✅ I stopped seeking validation—I knew I was enough. ✅ I began manifesting incredible opportunities and relationships without sabotaging myself.
This freedom was life-changing, and I knew I had to help others experience the same.
